Down Under Winter Classic - 2024 Volunteer Roster - Tournament Ends on Friday 12th July 2024 signup sheet
The DUWC starts at the Club at 7am on Sunday 7/7/2024 through till 5pm on Friday 12/7/2024. The club is seeking Volunteers to help in the canteen and to set up and pack away the fields each day. The club will have at least 5 diamonds in operation, so help is required setting up seating, shade tents, putting out bases and rubbish bins etc. The canteen will require assistance in preparing & serving hamburgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, drinks, snacks and operating the EFTPOS machines - no prior experience is necessary. Committee members will be on hand in the canteen for supervision and guidance. The time slots are a guide only. Whether it be for one hour or 4 hours, any and all help is greatly appreciated. Please record your details in the signup sheet. This is an excellent way to help showcase your fabulous baseball club to the Australian & International baseball community.
