The 2026 Charles Coin Memorial and Mardi Bartlett Classic races presented by UQ Cycle Club will be contested on Saturday 18th July through roads south of Gatton. This will be Round 3 of the QCRS.

UQCC require volunteers to assist with the running of our long-standing events to deliver a quality race experience.

Registration is at Lake Apex Park and the convoy marshalling will be at the same location along Dennis Minson Drive.

Convoy volunteers are required to provide their own cars (lead car and spares for each race and one SAG vehicle per Race block).
Commissaires would appreciate either a driver or a scribe to go with them to take race notes.
Please ensure you have at least 30 minutes to get a light, radio and car signage for your vehicle and park in the signed area for your specific role/race.
Specific information for each role will be provided before the event. Please ensure you read this.
Volunteers providing their own cars may request reimbursement for their fuel/charging costs.

All volunteers will be receive a coffee and food voucher to use at the vans onsite and free entry to an upcoming UQCC crit.
