Welcome to the official volunteer signup sheet for the 2026 Tokeneke Road Race! Please consider volunteering for this year's race. As Connecticut's last standing road race, our volunteers are crucial to our success. Without you, we are unable to put on such an awesome race. Thank you for your consideration!
Date: Saturday, August 22nd, 2026
Place: Berg Field, 93 Hartland Blvd, Hartland, CT
The volunteer coordinator will reach out periodically and send specific arrival/position instructions out in the days leading up to the event. If you are signing up for a marshal position (course, finish line, feed zone, etc.), please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your shift so you can get there in time.
Please specify through email or at volunteer check-in if you are volunteering for a racer and we can give them back $30 off of their registration fee!
All driver positions will be reconnected to the SAG/Sweeper Vehicle Contact for specific instructions!
