Ready, Set, MO!
The Mo Mile is back - and with a 5K distance - to promote physical and mental well-being during Movember! Starting and ending at the Okâch – Îyethkabi Oûgitûb pavilion building at Sundance Park on Sunday, November 30th. The 5K will start at 11:00am and the mile will start at 11:15am. Race route will run from the Pavilion down the Bow River path to the Muskrat St Pedestrian bridge, crossing the bridge over to the opposite side of the path along the river to the new Nancy Pauw Pedestrian bridge, and back to the Pavilion. The 5K will have an extension to the Banff Canoe Club dock and back towards Sundance Park.
This fun run has been kept at a low registration cost to allow the opportunity for everyone in the Bow Valley to come together as a community and cheer each other on. This is for all of the important men in our lives - let's celebrate them this Movember!
