School Street - Roberts Elementary signup sheet

SCHOOL STREET VOLUNTEER SHIFT INFORMATION

What you should bring:
Appropriate outdoor gear for whatever the weather may be

Equipment Locked up at either end of Comox St:
Saw horse barrier with school street and road closed signage
2 sand bags
2 orange cones

There is also a box in the school office containing:
2 safety vests (you can bring your own if you prefer)
Hand sanitizer

Combo: will be provided

8:35am/2:35pm: Unlock barriers, put on vests
Position each barrier to each end of the school street
8:40am/2:30pm: Position barriers on street making sure to protect the crosswalk and leave room for cyclists to pass
School Street begins, answer questions or provide City of Vancouver contact info as necessary
9:10am/3:30pm: Move equipment off road, put vests back in box in school office and lock barriers and sandbags with cable and combination lock
