🍺🎟️ Beer Tent — Responsible Service Team
Fun, fast-paced, and safety-first. All roles require 19+ and a valid SMART Serve certification.

🍻 Bartender - What you’ll do:
Serve beverages responsibly; check IDs, monitor consumption, and refuse service when necessary
Provide friendly, professional customer service; keep the bar tidy
Physical demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; light to moderate lifting (cases up to ~25 lb) | Busy, noisy environment

🧊📦 Bar Back - What you’ll do
Restock ice, cups, product; clear empties; keep service areas clean and organized
Support bartenders and jump in where needed
Physical demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; lifting/carrying cases (up to ~25 lb) | Bending and frequent movement in a busy environment

🎟️🛍️ Tickets & Merchandise - What you’ll do
Sell drink tickets and fair merchandise (t-shirts, beer cozies)
Handle cash and electronic payments; direct guests to bartenders for service
Physical demands: Sitting or standing for extended periods; light handling of merchandise and cash | Noisy/high-traffic environment

What to wear/bring (all roles):
🧥 Dress for the weather (tent is partially open)
👟 Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
💧 Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated

🧹 Final shift: help tidy the area and secure cash/POS and equipment as directed by the Tent Lead.
