Bayanihan Response to COVID-19: Grocery & Meal Assembly signup sheet

*Please do not sign up to volunteer if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and/or have tested positive for COVID-19.*

UPDATE: We only need food bag assembly volunteers at this time, and no longer need food delivery drivers. Thank you!

Please sign up for the day(s) that work best for you.

Assemble grocery and meal bags: There will be an assembly process in putting grocery and meal bags together for seniors to pick up from IDIC. Please arrive at 10am or 10:30am and if you are not able to stay the whole time, please stay for as long as you are able to.
