Giralang Primary P&C Events Calendar - Anticipated Events for 2023 signup sheet
We are seeking volunteers for our 2023 events. The P&C would like to get organised and give as much notice as we can. Please note that some of these events/ fundraisers are potential and will depend on the number of volunteers we can get to ensure they can be run.

Icy pole day
Run across Term 2 & 4: Choose a day of the week, recess or lunch & sell icy poles to the students at break time. You may be available for just 1 day or the whole term. If we get enough people, we can do a roster!

Trivia night - various roles, most are quite small and will only be needed on the night
Term 2 Sat 17th June - we need a set up & pack down team, raffle coordinator, silent auction coordinator, games during the night (collect money), recycling coordinator

School Disco - various roles

Uniform Shop Volunteer/s
Term 2.3.4: We are still looking for someone to take on the running of the uniform shop! The uniform shop will need a new volunteer in 2024 to take over! This role is minimal hours and there will be a solid handover throughout 2023.

Term 2 (week 10): Seeking someone to run a potential walkathon, plus volunteers to support this role. If you have run one before we would love to hear from you!

Term 3/4 Calling all volunteers keen to run a stall! Fairyfloss, slushies, BBQ, gelato, tombola, plant stall, chocolate wheel, duck scoop, photo booth, popcorn stand, raffle, gum boot throwing, book stall & any other stalls that people are keen to run.
