Raffle Donation / Basket Collection signup sheet

Please sign up here if you will volunteer to help by donating OR by requesting donated item(s) and or gift card(s) from various local small businesses for our annual Ice Cream Social Basket Raffle fundraiser. We will provide request letters as needed. 100% of proceeds go to art, drama, and music programs in our district. Thank you!
