☀️ Colts Spirit Wear — October Delivery Day
Help us get Colts Spirit Wear into the hands of our students!
This is a behind-the-scenes volunteer opportunity to help unpack, organize, sort, and deliver Spirit Wear orders to classrooms once they arrive at the school.
### 📅 Delivery Day
**Thursday, October 15**
Orders are expected to arrive at the school that day. We’ll confirm the exact delivery time and volunteer start time as we get closer to the date.
Once the orders arrive, we’ll work together to get everything sorted and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
### What You’ll Do
Depending on when you arrive, volunteers may help with:
* 📦 Unpacking and organizing sealed student orders
* 📝 Checking orders against the included packing slips
* 🏫 Sorting orders by classroom
* 📋 Setting aside orders designated for parent pickup
* 🚪 Delivering completed classroom bundles to teachers
* 🔎 Flagging missing, incorrect, or damaged items
* 🧹 Tidying the sorting area once we're finished
No special experience is needed — just a willingness to help and a little patience while we work through the orders!
### Volunteer Shifts
**📦 Sorting Crew**
Help unpack boxes, check orders, and organize everything by classroom.
**🚪 Delivery Crew**
Help deliver sorted orders to classrooms and make sure everything gets where it needs to go.
You’re welcome to sign up for whichever role works best for you. If you have flexibility, we may move volunteers between sorting and delivery as needed.
### 📍 Where to Meet
**In front of the art cupboards, to the right of the office.**
We’ll have tables set up for sorting, and all Spirit Wear orders will be delivered directly to the school.
### 📱 Communication
A WhatsApp group will be created for volunteers closer to delivery day.
We’ll use it for:
* Day-of updates
* Arrival information
* Volunteer coordination
* Any last-minute changes
An email with the final details will also be sent to everyone who signs up.
### ⭐ Volunteer Credit
Volunteers will receive credit for the time spent helping with Spirit Wear delivery and sorting.
Please make sure to record your hours through the PSG volunteer tracking process if required.
