NDA CIT VOLUNTEERS: LAS VEGAS AREA signup sheet

CIT applicants are required to volunteer for two NDA-sponsored opportunities PLUS Jail & Bail each year. This site allows CIT directors to monitor volunteer requirements for each youth leader. Adult staff at events will have sign-in sheets at the event, so be sure to check in with them to get credit for your volunteer time!

DCAF PARENT SUPPORT MEETING: Youth leaders needed to assist adult volunteers with interacting with kids while parents participate in discussion. 6585 High St. Las Vegas, NV 89113 (near IKEA, W. Sunset and 215). 6:00-7:00 PM

POKER RUN: Harley-Davidson, 5191 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89119. Registration begins at 8AM. Volunteer times are being finalized. There will be a Zoom meeting for youth leaders and volunteers prior to the event, date and time TBA.

JAIL & BAIL IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SELECTED CITS AND STRONGLY ENCOURAGED FOR ALL APPLICANTS. This fundraiser is dependent on social media contacts and fundraising driven by youth volunteers. There will be a local event but youth leaders can participate virtually if needed. Please sign up for the event, details will be sent via text/email as soon as they are finalized.

FAMILY PICNIC: CITs/applicants will assist with set up and games with the kids. There will be plenty of time to hang out and have fun too.

JULY 4TH PARADE: CITs/applicants will assist with building the float, set up, and join NDA staff and volunteers on the float during the parade.

HOLIDAY PARTY: CIT applicant volunteers will help setup and tear down the event as well as help coordinate the younger kids with Santa visits and gifts.
