Jr Whip-Purs Game Day Concessions Services for the 2024 Fall Season signup sheet

In order to make our game day experience exciting and enjoyable for both our players and fans, we need a great deal of help from our families. All of these tasks are necessary to make our operations run smooth. Please sign up for the tasks you wish to complete and earn credit towards the 3 credits required by each family in the program. If you sign up for a task and fail to show up or complete the task, you will risk losing your volunteer deposit. ALL WORKERS MUST SIGN IN AND OUT AT CONCESSIONS TO RECIEVE CREDIT

Shuttle Driver: Your role is to assist in transporting elderly, handicapped or other special needs guests from the parking lot to the stands. You will also be asked to help transport equipment and supplies around the field during games. During down time you will patrol the parking lot to make sure the fire lanes are clear, picking up garbage as needed, and running light errands. Staff will be in communications with concessions through a walkie talkie.
