Thank you for helping us make this conference run smoothly! Please see below for volunteer job descriptions:
Pre-Event Set Up:
Assist with set up.
Registration Desk:
Check attendees in; distribute badges, bags and Conference program books. Answer basic questions about the conference.
After-Hours Party Doorman:
Check for tickets. Take cash or Venmo payment at the door. Assist with entering the door code for attendees.
Room Monitor:
Make sure the presenter is set up and ready to go for program start-time. Assist with getting attendees seating for the start of the session. Hold up a 5 min warning sign for the presenter at 5 minutes before end of session time.
Awards Ceremony & Reception Set Up:
Asist with decorations setup.
Awards Ceremony & Reception Doorman:
Guard door while the team is setting up the room. Do not let anyone in until 7:00PM.
Post-event Signage Clean Up:
Assist with clean up.
Doorman-SELA Trivia Night:
Check attendees in. Take cash or Venmo payment at the door.
