OG HooptieX 2021 Volunteer Signup

THIS IS A TWO DAY EVENT - Friday/Saturday, June 25 & 26th, 2021

We will have a morning and an afternoon shift both days.

FRIDAY: (racing starts later at 10am)
MORNING VOLUNTEER MEETING at 9:30am sharp near start line. AFTERNOON VOLUNTEER MEETING at 1:45pm sharp near start line. NOTE: If you are signing up for TECH or ENTRY in MORNING meet Chuck at 9:00am near start line, we will need you up and running before rest of crew. Morning shift runs from 10am to 1pm, afternoon shift runs from 2pm to 6pm ish.

SATURDAY: (racing starts at 9am)
MORNING VOLUNTEER MEETING at 8:30am sharp near start line. AFTERNOON VOLUNTEER MEETING at 1:45pm sharp near start line. NOTE: If you are signing up for TECH or ENTRY in MORNING meet Chuck at 8:00am near start line, we will need you up and running before rest of crew. Morning shift runs from 9am to 1pm, afternoon shift runs from 2pm to 6pm ish.

Bring snacks, water, chairs, canopy, etc to your stations if you wish. We will have food on-site also. You may bring someone with you to your station but access to and from your station will be extremely limited during race. All stations will have vehicle access and spot to park off track. You may stay in your car due to weather but YOU MUST keep your eyes up on course. YOU ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO TAKE AS MANY PICS/VIDS AS YOU CAN. Make us feel like pros, because well we are.

BRING A MASK. WE WILL BE REQUIRING ALL RACERS, VOLUNTEERS AND SPECTATORS TO WEAR ONE DURING THIS EVENT. Not required while racing or while you are at comm stations.

DO NOT sign up if you cannot commit.
