2025 Elementary School Sign Up

Morning Classes:
*arrive between 9:20 and 9:30
*equipped and outdoors for instruction by 9:45
*return to the pavilion around 11:20 ish and leaving 11:40.
Afternoon Classes:
*arrive between 12:10 to 12:15,
*outside for instructions by 12:35
*return to the pavilion around 2:15 pm and leaving 2:30 ish.

As long as Volunteers can arrive for the outdoor ski lesson, your presence is appreciated.
If you have at least submitted your Vulnerable Police check, you can attend and accompany an Approved Volunteer.
Interested Members may also accompany an Approved Volunteer and their group as an introduction to the Elementary School Program.
We need to expand our Volunteer Base.
If you sign up and then are unable to attend, you can contact Patti at ~ mononordicschoolprogram@gmail.com
If new to the Program, when registering, type your First name and then new. i.e. Katherine new
If involved in the Program before, type your First name and then leader i.e. Katherine leader

Frequently check so you can see:
* if any classes are cancelled
* determine whether we require additional Volunteers
* ideally a Minimum of 6 Volunteers to lead 2 visiting classes of 55 to 60 students
* the more adults we have.... the better

Signing in using this signup sheet provides the organizer the confidence that we will have enough volunteers, plus allows all volunteers to see how many people have sign up and might consider volunteering on those days with few volunteers. If we are really short, we will send out a group SOS for help. PLEASE CHECK THIS SIGN UP SHEET FOR UP TO DATE CANCELLATIONS.
