Hello all BCS Families!

Join us in blessing our amazing staff as they work especially hard putting in long days this time of year. We would like to serve a potluck dinner both evenings of parent-teacher interviews and are looking for your help!

Please sign up for one of the listed food items and have the food to the school by 4:15 pm (warmed for those that will be served hot) on your sign-up day. To accommodate everyone, please mark dishes with ingredient lists (for those dishes only where hard to tell what is in it) and, if possible, avoid fish dishes. Remember, this is a nut-free environment, so kindly ensure all items are free of nuts. Please label your dishes, and they will be cleaned and ready for Monday afternoon pick-up.

We are also looking for two volunteers each night of parent-teacher conferences to help set out and warm up goodies, handle clean-up, and store any leftover food. This could easily be done before or after your P/T interview.
