May & June Delivery Days 2026 signup sheet

Thank you for your interest in volunteering this summer at Backpack Buddies! We are partnering with another organization and their summer lunch program to deliver weekend bags. We need adult volunteers that will pick up bags from our office and deliver to one of seven locations--meaning, you will come to the Backpack Buddies office at 96 Werz Industrial Blvd. to pick up bags, then go directly to your assigned location and stay for about an hour to pass out the bags to the children. All drivers need to arrive at 11:15am to get their bags loaded and enable you to have time to get to your location by 11:45. Once you arrive at our office we will assign locations. Please park on the front side of our building. After a little team huddle, we will send each location around back to have the bags loaded into your car. We look forward to serving with you this summer!

Each location will have 2 adult volunteers but you may bring your children to help you at any of these locations. Please do not sign up any child under 18 on this sign up sheet. If you have multiple children that are wanting to help, please sign up for one of our summer packing days this summer.
