🧭👟 Floater Team — Kid Zones & Gate Support
Be the on-call pinch hitter. You’ll check Kid Zones, cover volunteer breaks, and bolster weak coverage areas during busy periods. This is an active role with walking, bending, and occasional light lifting. Work is outdoors—plan for the weather. ⛅
What you’ll do
🧒🎡 Kid Zone checks (every ~30 min): ensure safety/cleanliness and record each check on the log
🤝 Volunteer coverage: step in at lone-coverage posts so assigned volunteers can take a break
🚧 Gate support: assist at weak entry points (DERBY & 4-H areas) during peak hours
What to wear/bring
🧥 Weather-appropriate layers and comfortable, closed-toe shoes
📝 A pen for logs (and consider a small water bottle)

🎓 Students looking for variety and hands-on experience — community service hours can be recognized.
