NOTICE!!! WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SIGNUP BELOW, you MUST SEND AN EMAIL from your personal email to music@beltramicountyfair.org with
1) the date and time you selected (ONE SLOT PER BAND!)
2) the name of your group
3) the number in your group
4) the number of musician CAR fair passes needed (limit of number in band - max of 4)
5) your postal mailing address.
6) your phone number
FAILURE TO EMAIL US THIS INFO WITHIN 48 HOURS MAY RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR TIME SLOT!!!
YOUR REGISTRATION WILL SAY "PROCESSING" UNTIL YOU SEND THIS INFORMATION!!!
After you have sent the information, your registration will be marked as "COMPLETE"
