Set up squad (Set up, Register and assist vendors, Assist with set up of stage area and any needed equipment. Assist Performers with any props. Assist DJ/Sound Technician as needed. Ensure only Authorized Persons are on the Stage and in the Stage Area. May have other simple duties as assigned.

Production Assistants (Work Directly with the Director of Pageantry and Entertainment to maintain/manage the actual Stage Show and Area. Make sure Performers are aware of Performance Times and in place, Collect Music and Bios from Entertainers and provide to DJ/MC as needed. Assist in maintaining Stage order and providing updates to Performers, MC, DJ/Sound Technician as needed)

Dressing Area Attendant (Responsible for Monitoring Dressing Rooms and ensuring only Authorized Persons are allowed to enter this area. Assist with keeping Dressing Area clean/organized. Assist Performers as needed, and monitor/re-stock refreshments. Alert Director of Entertainment of any issues or emergencies)
