Dessert Donations -Midwinter 2024 signup sheet
Support the Midwinter Revels cast and crew by contributing homemade or bought dessert items for their meal on double show days. Please prepare 2 dozen servings. Keep in mind, we are not set up to store items that require refrigeration or must be kept frozen. We are looking primarily for finger food.
Please include ingredient lists with your donation. Please - no nuts!
2024 Drop Off Schedule
Get in touch with me if you would like to donate items, but cannot make it during one of the scheduled drop off times listed below. We will try to work out an alternative.
Sunday Dec. 15th, anytime between 11:00 and 1:30
Saturday Dec. 21st, anytime between 1:00 and 3:30
Sunday Dec. 22nd, anytime between 11:00 and 1:30
Thursday Dec. 26th, anytime between 11:00 and 1:30
When you arrive, phone or text me at 978-697-8042. Someone will meet you in the circle drive that is located just off Kirkland.
Dessert Donation volunteers will receive 2 tickets to attend the dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, Dec. 12th, 7:30pm.
COVID protocol can change quickly based on the current numbers and data from local health officials. Should you agree to volunteer with us, I will follow up with you about the latest requirements as we get closer to our time at Sanders.
