Slice of Summer 2025 - 12.7.25 -Volunteer SignUp
Thank you in advance for your support. Events such as the summer and winter fairs simply could not go ahead without a keen army of volunteers!
Sign up by Friday 2nd May to benefit from: FREE adult admission to the Slice of Summer plus a token to be redeemed on PSA organised areas (excluding raffle). 1 token per volunteer slot. The more slots you fill, the more tokens you can collect! Sign in at the admissions desk and collect your tokens upon arrival.
How to sign up…
Choose preferred time slot(s), in preferred area.
Consecutive multiple sign ups must be in the same area. (eg: 11.55-1pm Bar, 12.55-2pm Bar).
Consecutive multiple sign ups in different areas will not work - you can not hand over AND start a new shift at the same time. (eg: 11.55-1pm Bar, 12.55-2pm Raffle).
Fill earlier slots first.
Enter first name(s) AND last name(s) in the “First Name” box, with no space. (eg:SusanSmith)
If volunteering with a minor or friend, also include their names in your sign up box - no need to complete a separate sign up. (eg:SusanSmithJohnSmith)
In the “Surname” box, enter - (a hyphen)
Provide email address for confirmation prior to event.
Secondary student sign ups: To be awarded HPs, simply enter the school's phone number (01992410400) in appropriate box. Areas marked ** are suitable for all students to run.
We hope that some students may be able to offer performances at the Slice of Summer, and understand that volunteers wish to keep those slots free in order to watch their children perform. At the moment, we have no confirmation relating to potential performances or if they will happen this year. Please sign up where you can and we will ensure we contact volunteers should there be a clash with performances/volunteer times.

Please note: Back to back sign ups in multiple areas will be deleted. You will not be able to hand over AND start in your new area at the same time, hence a break is needed between multiple areas.
