2023 EMSA/ASA Provincial Volunteer Requirements March 17 - 19, 2023 signup sheet

Field Marshal Duties:
· Alert headquarters if a referee or team have failed to show up for a match.
· Report any health and safety issues or injuries to headquarters.
· Alert headquarters if they see any issues surrounding the conduct of players, team officials or supporters.
· Collect game sheets from the referees after each game and return them to ASA Headquarters.
· Ensure the referee has printed their name on the game sheet and the fair play score is circled.
· Any other general help needed that may come up from headquarters during their shift.

Back Up Volunteers:
· Back up volunteers do NOT need to show up at the location unless they receive a call from Provincial headquarters asking them to come in.
· They must be available to head to the location they are scheduled for right away in the event the original volunteer does not show up.

*shift hours are subject to change should Alberta Soccer make any revisions to their Provincial schedules
