Please join us as a volunteer for Field Day- Friday, June10 (Rain date June 13)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF BEING A VOLUNTEER ARE: to ensure the safety of each and every student, and assist PTO and teachers with giving directions and running events during the day.

On the day of the event you will be assigned what activity you will be in charge of. We will try and keep you with your child's grade but you will not always be at the same activity as your child. In some cases if we are short of volunteers we might ask you to help with other grades as well.

To be fair to all please only sign up for 1 spot per child and for your child's grade.

ALL students will be outside for a majority of the day from 9-2:45 with the exception of lunch and Kindergartners who only stay out until 1:15 as they will then go back inside to watch a movie or do other fun activities (Teachers request this as they are exhausted after a few events)

IMPORTANT TO BE ABLE TO VOLUNTEER: You must have an ACTIVE CORI Done at FitzGerald School. Please check with Amanda Grimes in the office to confirm, renew, or register. This has to be done ASAP as the process can take a few days. NO exceptions will be made

SIBLINGS: As much as we would love for younger siblings to join us on this day we are unable to have them come along while volunteering is being done. This is for safety reasons and we ask that you make arrangements.
