Volunteers needed for the Angel Mega Bash, to manage the membership table, sell water and sell 50/50 tickets.
We will also need volunteers to setup our big Flag, registration table for pictures and photographers.
Saturday August 24th 9:30am to 4:00pm
Setup Membership table: 2 People 9:30am to 10:00am
Membership Table: 2 people 10:00am to 12:00pm
Membership Table: 2 people 12:00pm to 2:00pm
Membership Table: 2 people 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Tear down: 2 people 4:00pm until done.
Setup the Flag and Registration table: 4 people 9:30am to 10:00am
Flag photographer: 1 person 10:00am to 1:00pm
Flag photographer: 1 person 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Flag photo registration: 1 person 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Flag photo registration: 1 person 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Tear down registration table: 2 people 4:00pm until done.
