2025 Head of the American signup sheet
Head of the American (HOA) will be held at Lake Natoma/Nimbus Flat State Park on Saturday October 25th, 2025.
Dress in layers~ Bring: sunblock, bottled water and dress for all weather conditions (Do not wear the color red!)

Please check in at the Aquatic Center front desk 10-15 minutes prior to your shift to sign waiver, get parking pass & t-shirt.
Please include your rowing club or affiliation and T-shirt size. Remember to bring a Photo ID to clear Safe Sport in our Raptor System.
