SUNDAY, June 16 @ Caltech Millikan Pond
An info email will be sent out the week of the event.
Dress Code: Please wear nice event clothes, or a nice white shirt and black bottoms. You will be on your feet for a while, so make sure you have comfy shoes.
Other: We will be providing bottled water and limited food.
DAY OF EVENT:
5:30PM Orientation. Ask for Teresa. We will be going over ground rules and questions for helping.
7PM- Guest will arrive.
7:45PM-Doors will open. Ushers will help guide guests.
8:00PM-Music starts. Once all our guests are situated, you are more than welcome to enjoy the concert
