We are very grateful to all the wonderful parents and staff we have at Whiteside. Thank-you for taking the time to sign up for a shift, we could not run this event without you all.
All volunteers are requested to arrive 10 mins early and come to the volunteer station near the concession to sign in.
Volunteers are not limited to only one shift but please be sure you don't sign up for two shifts at the same time.
We would be very appreciative if all parents assist us with cleaning up during the fair and throwing out all garbage and recycling in the bins provided. We would also appreciate as many parents as possible staying after the fair to help us clean up. The more hands we have, the less time it takes!
