Our annual Fish Fry event is back! Below is a description of each task:
Set Up Hall - Prepares the hall before the event by arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and supplies.
Bar - Serves beverages to guests and manages bar operations, including payment handling at the cashier station.
Front Door Cashier - Welcomes guests at the entrance, collects payments, and distributes dinner tickets.
Ambassadors - Greets guests, checks in on their dining experience, invites them to purchase tickets for upcoming dinners, and assists with social media engagement.
Lead Person - Oversees the entire event, supports volunteers, troubleshoots issues, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Selling Tickets After Mass - Sells dinner tickets after Mass and answers questions about the event.
Kitchen Volunteers Sheet - Assists with food preparation, plating, and cleanup while supporting the kitchen team as needed.
Volunteer Time: 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm
