Load In/Load Out Midwinter 2024 signup sheet
Load in Sunday December 8th 9am-1pm
Load out Saturday, December 28th 3pm-7pm
Volunteers will do heavy lifting and a lot of standing with this job.
Help move props, set pieces, and production related items into/out of Sanders Theatre. Since the warehouse is now in Methuen, we'll be unloading the truck the next day (Sunday, December 29). We are looking for a few volunteers to help there, too.
Load In and Load Out volunteers will receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend the dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, December 12th, at 7:30pm.
No volunteers under 18 for this job.
COVID protocol can change quickly based on the current numbers and data from local health officials.
