Set Up - Show & Sale Friday morning
Set Up volunteers need to assist with directing table placement and marking booth layout locations. Also, the placement of aisle markers and table labels, so sellers can locate their table location.
Day: FRIDAY, July 12
Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Move In – Show & Sale Friday afternoon
Move In time volunteers are needed to stand at entrances to check that only sellers and their designated helpers are in the Gym.
Day: FRIDAY, July 12
Time: 1:30 – 2:30

Move In – Show & Sale SATURDAY
Volunteers will be asked to watch move-in doors to check only those members with seller badges are entering the gym.
Day: SATURDAY, July 13
Time: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
Location: Red Wing National Guard Armory

Member Only Time Door Watcher – Show & Sale
Volunteers will be asked to stand at the door and check badges as attendees enter the gym to check that only 2019 paid registered members are in the gym during the members-only time.
Day: SATURDAY, July 13
Time: 9:00 am – 10:30 am

Show & Sale Clean-up
Members are needed to assist with aisle marker removal, clean-up of signage, and tear down of tables and chairs. We must leave the Armory in the condition in which we rented it or the RWCS will incur additional costs.
Day: SATURDAY, July 13
Time: 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
