ESSA 2021 2022 Registration and Skate Rentals signup sheet

Book a time to come to the Pavilion to hand over registration paperwork and for skate rentals.
Skate rentals require 1 cheque for rental fee, 1 cheque for damage deposit (dated April 30 2022). Multiple rentals can be on one cheque, but each pair of skates requires a damage deposit cheque.
Multiple families will be doing fittings at one time, please wear a mask.
More times will be added as helper schedules are confirmed.
