The Bonnie Doon Community Garage Sale is April 29, 2017 from 10am - 3pm at Bonnie Doon Hall, 9240 – 93 St, Edmonton.
Volunteers are needed Wednesday and Thursday evening for receiving donations, and Friday daytime/evening for pricing and set up, in addition to on the day for a variety of positions.
On Wednesday evening there is a yoga class at the hall, so donations will be collected quietly via the kitchen door, and then taken up behind the stage after the class is finished, because the kitchen needs to be empty for a Thursday morning booking.
On Thursday evening there is a zumba class then dance class at the hall, so donations will again be collected quietly in the kitchen.
A key job is setting up the tables after these classes on Thursday night.

The Community League is donating the funds from this year's event to the Bonnie Doon Refugee Sponsorship Group, who are sponsoring a family of 4 from Syria to settle in Bonnie Doon.
