2nd Annual Arizona FallFest at Tanger Outlets - WestgateV1 signup sheet
The “Arizona FallFest”, is a FREE community wide interactive and family engagement event with seasonal activities, themes, food and beverages taking place at the Tanger Outlets - Westgate from Friday, October 29th to Sunday, October 31st. From the producers of the annual Arizona Balloon Classic, Arizona Events Group will produce a self-funded and sponsored event that will include sponsors, retail & food vendors, “Organic Pumpkin Farm Stand”, hot air balloon “Glows”, hot air balloon tether rides, Halloween themed competition, seasonal beverages, BBQ and beer tents. Volunteers will receive an event tee shirt, discounts on a organic pumpkin, snacks/meals and a great experience. www.azeventsgroup.com. Come help out and have a great time outdoors!!!

Event Ambassador - Are you a person who enjoys sharing information, directions and answering questions? Do you like helping people? We need you at the information event to serve as an Event Ambassador. You are the most important person to our fans who attend the Fall Festival. You are the person who has the site maps to point out where a specific booth, food vendor, restrooms, and ATM machines are located. You will also know the times of the events and entertainment and where they will be held. Assist in giving out CORRECT information to our fans and community that will attend the Fall Festival.

Site Operations - Volunteering for Site Operations offers a wide range of duties. You will be the main person who makes the Fall Festival a fun and enjoyable event not only for pilots, sponsors & vendors, but also for your fellow volunteers. You will assist with the facilitation of site layout, set-up, maintenance and overall event cleanliness ensuring that the grounds are kept neat, clean and free of debris. This includes making sure that trash receptacles are emptied regularly, supplies are available, and sponsors & vendors have what they need for a great experience.

You'll assist with ID Check, selling of beer & liquor product, cleanliness of the area and making sure our fans & sponsors have a great & safe experience. This time frame includes setup responsibilities. Must be at least 21 years old.
