Fridge corporate donation signup sheet
Thank you so much for your interest in giving to this initiative. We are grateful for any and all donations that will help sustain and root this project in the community.
IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO A WEEKLY DONATION (IE: DROPPING OF THINGS EVERY WEEK, THEN USE THIS FORM).
IF YOU ONLY WANT TO DO A ONE-TIME DONATION. PLEASE JUST DROP OFF FOOD AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE THIS FORM.
The Community Fridge is located at 902 Centre Street North. You will see the shed that houses the fridge on the north side of the Tigerstead Block. It is adjacent to the building in the alley. It has a cute carrot on it!
Once you have stocked your donations, please (if time and ability allows!) take a photo of the fridges, freezers and pantry so we can share online and tag your generous business on our social media platforms. If you’d prefer not to be tagged, no prob! We would still love to use the photos anonymously to let the community know that they can come and stock up.
