• Cooks – Do all the cooking for the entire length of the breakfast
• Cooks Assistant – Take over for the cook during breaks and fills hot box with ready to eat foods
• Dishwashing Crew – Collects dirty pots and utensils, washers and sanitizes same, puts clean items away
• Front Line Serving Crew – Plate the food for parishioners, replenish food from hot box in kitchen to front line
* Hospitality - Coffee Refill - Refill parishioners coffee at their tables
*Hospitality - Pass out additional Pancakes - Pass out additional pancakes to the parishioners who request them
• Table Replenishment and Table Clean Up Crews – Lay our placemat, sugar, salt, syrups, and creamers on each table. Collect dirty plates, sanitize tables, general cleanup and parishioner assistance
• Liquid Refreshments – will manage coffee and drinks
* Ticket Sales - Sell tickets at the door
• Ticket Collectors – Collect tickets as parishioners enter gathering area
* Additional Hall/Kitchen Cleaning Crew - Helps to complete final hall and kitchen clean up where needed
