Youth for Troops is happy to collaborate with another local nonprofit. We will be helping with loading equipment, setting up performances, and tearing down after the performance. Volunteers can see the performance for FREE. Performance Locations: April 4th 7PM SHOW Cross of Christ Church Anthem 39808 N Gavalin Peak Pkwy, Anthem and April 5th 3:30 SHOW American Lutheran Church Sun City 17200 N Del Web Blvd, Sun City
Misa Azteca, a musical oratorio for choir, orchestra, Aztec instruments, and Mariachi, will be presented in collaboration with the Arizona State University Mariachi ensemble and the Carolyn Eynon Singers. Latin influenced music, including Leroy Anderson’s Blue Tango and Cole Porter’s Night and Day, will round out the program, finishing with the rousing finale from Gilbert and Sullivan’s operetta The Gondoliers.
