Youth for Troops is honored to be selected as one of the official charities of the 2020 Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show (February 13th - 23rd). We will have an indoor booth at the event to collect donations and write cards for the Care Packages for Deployed Troops Project. We also need to provide 20 volunteers to help the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona with hospitality during the event. We like to have the majority of the volunteer shifts on Military Appreciation Day, but they can be spread over the event days. Volunteers work a shift and are welcome to enjoy the show for free before or after a shift. Hospitality volunteers need to please check in at the Volunteer Check In and tell them you are with Youth for Troops, so we get credit for the 20 volunteer hospitality shifts. Booth shifts do not need to check in, but do need vendor badges from the Y4T team. The booth can be manned by 1 or 2 people and there is no selling or money to track. We are just sharing what we do and inviting guests to make cards or decorate boxes. Booth shifts do not have age restrictions, but minors will need an adult with them at all times. This is a wonderful opportunity for Y4T and we could use your help to make it a success.
