Hello parents,
The booster club meeting on Monday had a few new faces and some great new ideas, and now WE NEED YOU to be able to finish the year strong!
CONCESSIONS: Concessions is one of our largest fundraisers, and in order to keep it open every game all year, the expectation is that every family will sign up for 5 times. Click https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0f49abaf2da7f94-concessions to sign up, there are many time slots still available for this fun, easy way to support the girls and the program.
EVENTS and BANQUET: There are still 2 event nights and the banquet that need coordinating. Many hands make light (and fun!) work, so we are looking for 4 VOLUNTEERS EACH NIGHT. It’s easier than it sounds and instructions will be provided. If there aren’t volunteers, these events can’t happen.
Please note that we need parent volunteers to assist with these events for the team. Once there are volunteers to head up the nights, there is a binder with information for those nights and will be distributed to facilitate the event.
