Sept 28 QH Food Pantry Volunteering signup sheet

The Quartz Hill Food Pantry will be running a food distribution on Saturday, September 28 from 8:30AM-4:30PM.

We need volunteers to prep boxes of food, hygiene products, cards, toys, etc. going out to around 50-80 families. We also need volunteer delivery team drivers (teenage or adult) to drop off the boxes at the doorsteps of families who signed up for deliveries. Your help is appreciated. Service hours will be verified, and you will receive a digital certificate recognizing your work.

Volunteering Guidelines:
• Show compassion and respect for others
• Be flexible in a team environment
• Volunteers 12 years & older can volunteer on their own
• Volunteers 11 years & under must be accompanied by 16 years older or older.

Recommended:
- Bring sunscreen and a hat
- Wear long pants/sleeves and closed-toe shoes

Please send us an email if you find out that you no longer will be available. We can remove you from your timeslot so that others can sign up.
