Cognac Cars & Cigars 2019 signup sheet
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Cognac, Cars, & Cigars to benefit Make-A-Wish Mid-South. We could not do this without you!
All volunteers must be 21+ since alcohol will be served.
Please arrive at The Metal Museum (374 Metal Museum Drive, Memphis TN) on March 2, 2019 at approximately 4PM and plan to stay the duration of the event.
All volunteers check-in at the Make-A-Wish volunteer table.
Must have a valid photo ID.
All volunteers receive a wristband, apron, souvenir glass, and proceed to assigned location.
Volunteers MUST NOT overindulge on alcoholic samples.
Please only sign up for one designated volunteer spot.
