Reynolds Marching Band Parent Volunteers - Victoria Day 2019 signup sheet
Parent Volunteer Sign Up sheet for Victoria Day Parade on Monday, May 20th 7:15 am until 9:15 or Parade 'Step off' as required.
The biggest performance of the year is fast approaching and requires parent volunteers to assist the Reynolds Marching Band in achieving recognition as one of the top entries in the Island Farms Victoria Day Parade.
There are a number of areas for preparation for 'Step off' from Mayfair Shopping Centre with roles such as:
Uniform/Colour Party Inspectors - adjust uniforms (pant hems), replacing missing uniform pieces, inspecting uniforms with check list, inspect shoes, and final hair/braid adjustments
Hair Braiders - braid, pin, and apply bows as required. All supplies are provided, just bring a chair for band members to sit in and enjoy the excitement and energy!!
Hydration Technicians - People to march alongside the band providing water as performers require, water station at end of parade route for additional hydration
