Mountain Charlie Challenge Event Chair - Serve as the Event Leader overseeing the event from start to finish. Organize/recruit, motivate and lead a committee of volunteers for the event. Work with VP of Fundraising for overall strategic goal and to adhere to and manage approved budget. Recruit leadership volunteers to manage team development and operations. Schedule meeting dates, develop agendas and facilitate meetings. Communicate regularly with SVEF board members. Monitor progress of teams to ensure tasks are completed. Assist in identifying an appropriate person for succession of your position
