Dinner on the Grounds-Third Street Education Center signup sheet

This event will be held Sunday, May 19th from 4:00-8:00 pm. All volunteers are to park in overflow parking and are to report to the volunteer check-in table. Volunteer attire is black pants, black shoes, and white collared shirt. Volunteer Meeting will be held Saturday, May 18 at 8:45 for coffee and breakfast in room 105. Meeting will only be an hour.

Registration/Check In-This team checks people in, gives bid number, answers questions, takes payments. Check Out-This team takes money for any auction item, raffle, payment for item, or donation.

Raffle/Art Tent-This team will watch auction. Mark off bids that are not of the min requirement. Ask people if they need help. Run slips of paper with raffle amounts to the check out. Pick up bid sheets when it is over.

Floaters/Trash Helpers-These people will be runners and help whenever they need. Attend to trash and recycling. These people may help empty trash. Take credit card slips to check out.

Clean up Team-This team helps take down tables, tents, chairs, throws away trash, gathers table cloths. Anything that needs to come down or has to be put away This team helps with.
