Are you ready to be part of a groundbreaking experience?

UP.Summit is coming to Bentonville, and we are looking for dedicated volunteers to contribute to an event that brings together the brightest minds in transportation and innovation.

UP.Summit is the world’s leading mobility event, gathering visionaries, innovators, and leaders from mobility and technology sectors. As a volunteer, you're not just a helper; you are a key player in ensuring the event's smooth operation and providing an essential experience for attendees.



Volunteer Commitment and Expectations:

Availability: We are looking for volunteers to support various aspects of the event from September 29th through October 2nd. This includes Community Day and our VIP-invite-only event. Shifts will be scheduled to ensure coverage across all event days, with specific times provided closer to the date.

Professionalism: As a volunteer, you will represent UP.Summit and play a critical role in maintaining a smooth and welcoming experience for attendees. A professional and courteous attitude is essential at all times.

Adherence to Guidelines: Volunteers are expected to follow all event guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of attendees. This includes respecting guests' privacy and refraining from engaging in conversations unless initiated by the attendee.

By volunteering for UP.Summit, you will help shape a memorable and efficient experience for all UP.Summit attendees. This is a great way to support the local community and actively participate in an event that is at the forefront of transportation innovation.
