SALE DATE: Saturday 15 November 2025
SALE DURATION: 2.5 hours
SALE START TIME: 10.00AM
SALE END TIME: 12.30PM
VENUE : MAIN HALL, Colchester County High School for Girls

NOTES:
1. All volunteers must arrive at the sale room by 9.30AM on day of sale for briefing.
2. Siblings cannot attend the sale unless they are currently at the school and need to get uniform.
3. Volunteers may choose multiple slots to volunteer as long as not over-lapping duties.
4. Only LADIES to volunteer for Uniform Sales Assistants and MEN for Books Sales Assistants, Stewards (Registration) or Cashier.
5. All volunteers will be given a PTFA tabard to wear when on duty.
6. Bring own drinks and food for duration of your duty.
7. If you are volunteering during the sale, please also consider putting your name down for clearing up. We will start condensing the clothes rails as we go along and stock lessens.
