Auto Flashes/Franklin Township VRC Competition signup sheet

The Auto Flashes are hosting our very first VRC competition, and we need your help! Robotics competitions are made possible thanks to the help of volunteers, so if you are able to help please sign up below!

Date: November 23rd

We appreciate everyone's help, and if you are unable to help the whole competition please send us an email so we can work something out.

Please pay attention to the times for each role below. If you are able to work the entire competition we highly appreciate it, and if you cannot just send us an email and we will get you a role.

Descriptions of each role are below:

Field Reset: (4-12)
(GREAT FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN/SIBLINGS)
Reset the competition field quickly in between matches.
(Field reset training will be held on the 22nd)

Field Reset Manager(Adult role): (1)
Ensure that field re-setters are resetting the field and behaving.

Check-In: (2)
Check teams in as they arrive and direct people to where they need to go.

Emcee: (1)
Announce and commentate on matches and make any necessary announcements.

Pit Supervisor(Adult role): (1)
Supervise teams in the pits and make any necessary announcements in the pit room (Cafeteria).

Queuing: (3)
Check teams in for each match and send them to their respective field when their match is starting.

Match Referee/Inspector: (4)

Skills Referee: (1)
Ref and keep score of programming and driver skill matches (Must be familiar with the basic game rules)

Judge (Adult role): (4)
Judge engineering notebooks, interview teams, and make decisions for multiple awards. (Judge resources can be found here: https://www.roboticseducation.org/documents/2019/08/judge-guide-2019-20.pdf/ )

Lunch breaks will be available for most positions from 12:00pm - 12:30pm.
