FALL GROUNDS SUPPORT VOLUNTEER: To assist Trillium House by undertaking specified outdoor activities that allow staff to spend as much time as possible in direct interactions with Residents. Grounds Support volunteers are scheduled on a regular basis to complete tasks that maintain an inviting picture of our facility to Residents, their loved ones, and visitors. These tasks include but are not limited to: - Weekly mowing of our grounds including the use of a riding lawn mower and a corded electric mower for around the building. - Weekly weeding of the gardens, paver path around the gardens, the stones around the house and in the parking lot island, and around the main sign on Woodland Dr. - Re-mulching the gardens once in the spring and once in late fall. - Assist with the planting of new flowers in the gardens and in new gardens as the occur. - Spring and Fall general cleanup of the grounds. Must be 18 years of age or older and undergo a background check that includes fingerprinting.
