IMPOWER Back To School Drive 2019 signup sheet
For 25 years IMPOWER has been a leading non-profit mental health, substance abuse and child well-being organization dedicated to empowering the lives of those in need. Our Back To School Drive is here and we are excited to provide school supplies and backpacks to more than 200 children and youth that we serve. We need your support by helping us pack and organize backpacks for this upcoming school year! We are excited to see everyone in action!
*Location: 111 W Magnolia Ave, Longwood FL, 32757
*Please park in the parking lot that is near the big and yellow Victorian house. You will see an IMPOWER sign once you get closer to the front door. The activities will occur in our conference room.

Must be at least 18 years old for volunteer dates of July 29th, July 30th, August 1st and 2nd. August 3rd will be a day for our youth to participate.
2. Able to bend and lift.
3.Sign a waiver form
4. For youth attending on August 3rd-you must be accompanied by a parent and at least be 13 years of age.
5. Energetic and ready to rock and roll.
