Honolulu Marathon Expo 2025 signup sheet

Be an HBL Ambassador at the 2025 Honolulu Marathon Expo! HBL will have a table at the expo Thursday 12/11 - Saturday 12/13. This is a solo volunteering opportunity where you can talk story about HBL, share about our programs (adult education classes, Membership, volunteering, large rides, etc), and get newsletter signups.

-HBL Staff will be accessible via phone if anything comes up. The table will be set-up so you can leave it unattended if taking a breaking or ending your shift
All of the materials will be on-site, and there will be a quick-reference guide with information about HBL programs for any questions. If in doubt you can always have HBL staff follow up with someone.

-There will be no sales or transactions at this booth - just info (we'll have QR codes for Membership or Donations)

-Shifts are in 3-4 hour blocks but are flexible (shorter commitments are okay, just email me)

Be fluent in what HBL does and sociable as people may have questions while encouraging people to sign up for our newsletter and events.

Expo Hours:
Thursday, December 11, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday, December 12 – 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, December 13 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
